GrowthAssistant is looking for an Audience Segmentation QA Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. The ideal candidate is going to bridge the gap between marketing and engineering teams, ensuring precise audience segmentation and data accuracy for targeted campaigns. The Role

Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
QA audience definitions and configurations to ensure accuracy in targeting and compliance with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with engineering to validate SQL queries and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
Maintain and update the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage documentation.
Troubleshoot audience discrepancies within platforms like Hightouch or Braze.
Support the implementation and QA of audience-based campaign triggers.

The Requirements

3+ years of experience with audience segmentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Hightouch, or similar).
2+ years of experience with SQL for querying audience data (Snowflake preferred).
Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
Basic understanding of CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience documenting and maintaining data dictionaries or audience management systems.

Nice-to-have

Experience with event-based marketing data pipelines and APIs.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar tools for analytics configuration.
Intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

Compensation Range: ₱90,000 to ₱100,000/month
