Multimedia Designer (US skincare brand)

 GrowthAssistant is looking for a creative and experienced Multimedia Designer. This role revolves in creating static and short/long-form videos for our client-partner's growing business.

Core Tasks: 

• Design graphics and videos for ad sets, email, display ads, social, landing pages, email, etc.
• Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
• Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels
• Provide 3-4 UGC videos per week, plus 1-2 static creatives
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager, Ads, and Copy Teams
• Adhere to marketing's best practices and brand guidelines
• Utilize Project Management tool for task monitoring and updates 

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of professional graphics and video editing experience
• 2+ years of experience creating content for Meta ads and organic social media
• Experience with UGC and social media/advertising content
• Experience with Figma or Canva and CapCut; and similar Adobe design tools
• Familiar with project management tool/s
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in Pacific and Mountain time zones

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with social media to live in channels for customer engagement during free time
• Experience in start-up companies

Salary Range:  PHP 75,000 - 90,000 per month
