GrowthAssistant is looking for a Shopify Operations Assistant for our growth marketing team who will help our client with their daily operations and business. You will be working with an organization that has an unwavering dedication to its craft and commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Manage Shopify products (listings, bulk edits, CSVs, inventory, pricing)
Gather info required to onboard new stores to OS
Create and edit Shopify pages, navigation menu, and basic theme (adding website banners, policies, terms and conditions, shipping info, shipping zone settings, etc.)
Create and manage Shopify discount codes
Data entry and documentation
Create Google Slides presentations

Must-Have:

Experience managing/working on Shopify stores
Experience in using Excel and G Sheets
Basic knowledge of GSuite
Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, work under pressure, and work in a team setting with interdependent tasks
Must be good with time management, a fast learner, and someone who is willing to learn
Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US

Nice-to-Have:

Experience creating and working on promo calendars or any kind of content calendars for website, socials, or email campaigns
QA audits of any kind
Familiar with Klaviyo for email and SMS campaigns
Facebook ads familiarity (at least the interface/reading/understanding data)
Experience leveraging AI Tools
Experience using ClickUp
