Email & CRM Marketing Specialist (Remote)

What You'll Do:
As an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement and performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing and managing CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS
- Building, testing, and QA-ing automated workflows and campaign launches
- Working hands-on with ESP and CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, or HubSpot
- Editing and troubleshooting email templates using HTML/CSS
- Creating and managing segmentation, personalization, and A/B tests
- Monitoring performance and translating customer data into actionable insights
- Ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy across all campaigns
- At least 2 years of experience in Email and CRM Marketing
- Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience specifically for CRM or lifecycle campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of CRM/ESP tools (Braze, SFMC, Klaviyo, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization and fixes
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting and optimization skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
Your compensation will depend on your experience and skill level. While we operate under an Independent Contractor setup, you’ll still enjoy great benefits, including:
