Payer Enrollment Specialist
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage tasks in the Verifiable platform, complete provider enrollments, update profiles, and handle prior authorization requests. Key requirements include strong communication skills, experience with Verifiable and Zendesk, and familiarity with insurance portals like AETNA and UHC. Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 55,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
Administrative tasks w/in the Verifiable platform
Completing provider enrollments through payer portals, email, and PDF applications
Update provider profiles in the provider payer enrollment management system
Submit prior authorization requests to insurance companies for patients
Document patient insurance information in a structured format
Assist in delivering and tracking small project deliverables in a dedicated workstream
Support CX and customer onboarding tasks
Create role-related SOP / process documentation when necessary
Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with Verifiable (or similar) verification platform
- 2+ years experience with GSheets (basic - intermediate skills for data entry)
- 1+ years experience with Zendesk or similar CX platform
- Being Familiar with AETNA, UHC and other portals is a must-have
- Prior administrative experience specific to the healthcare industry (preferably in credentialing, payer contracting, licensing, or claims billing
- Ability to work CST (8a - 5p)
- Availity (or similar) platform to bridge the gap between healthcare and insurance providers
- Comfortable calling insurance to communicate clinical information and responding to questions about a patient's record
- Respond to patients based on company policies
- Creating macros in Zendesk to streamline processes
- Reporting on analytics related to processes they own and identifying opportunities for improvement
