GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Outbound Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing outbound engagement efforts to drive new meetings, primarily managing GA’s and Adriane’s accounts. This role involves targeted outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email to engage key accounts, new followers, and high-fit prospects, ensuring outbound efforts align with GA’s growth goals.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/CST
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience in cold outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email.
Strong written communication skills for engaging outbound messaging.
Expert in using ChatGPT to create messages, emails, and responses.
Ability to personalize engagement and track outreach performance.
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot to log and measure outbound success.
Core Tasks:
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email to secure 10+ meetings per month.
Track outreach performance in HubSpot and refine messaging strategies based on engagement data.
Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and enhance prospect engagement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound efforts with growth objectives.
Monitor new followers and key accounts, engaging them strategically to drive conversions.
