The Role
Pull missing data from online sources and enter it into the CRM (HubSpot)
Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM (HubSpot)
Perform quality checks on existing data and flag any missing elements as needed (HubSpot)
Drive organic link-building initiatives for client websites
Build and maintain lists of potential backlink targets for outreach
Report on link-building efficiency and results
Review and clean existing backlinks, including the removal of toxic links
Conduct competitor backlink profile research for new outreach opportunities as needed
Pull data from keyword research, ranking, and performance tools
Perform SEO auditing, organic link building, and landing page optimization
Monitor SEO analytics and make adjustments based on client direction and parameters
The Requirements
2+ years of SEO experience
1+ years of experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar tools for backlink auditing and research
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
Ability to work during 9am - 5pm, BST
