You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more are running seamlessly — automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean, actionable data.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Marketing Tech Stack: Administer HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more. Set up, audit, and optimize integrations, tracking, and system performance.

  • Automate & Streamline: Build workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign processes — minimizing manual work and increasing scale.

  • Campaign Tech Support: Set up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and smooth execution.

  • Lead Management & Attribution: Maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.

  • Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex. Monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • A/B Testing & Funnel Improvements: Run tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance.

  • AI & Tooling: Explore tools like Clay, Zapier, and built-in AI features to enhance automation and personalization.


Must-Haves

  • 4+ years in Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment

  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

  • Strong with Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

  • Familiar with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution

  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills

  • Comfortable using project tools like Notion


💡 Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Gravity Forms, Clay, Zapier, Hex, Outreach, or AI tools

  • Familiar with A/B testing and performance optimization

  • Prior exposure to Looker dashboards
