Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
Performance Analysis
Monitor and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM through structured optimizations.
Testing Strategy
Implement A/B testing across creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
Reporting & Insights
Create clear performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets, leveraging formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to request assets, provide feedback, and align on performance goals.
Client Updates
Communicate performance insights and optimization plans via Slack, email, and virtual meetings.
Growth Opportunities
Support testing initiatives on emerging paid platforms and new audience strategies.
Required Qualifications
Based in a Latin American country such as Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Ecuador, Panama, El Salvador, or other Central or South American countries
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
At least 1 year of experience with Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max
Strong knowledge of paid media metrics and performance optimization
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with U.S. clients and collaborating across time zones
Availability during CST business hours
Preferred Experience
Agency or multi-account management background
E-commerce or DTC brand experience
Experience with TikTok Ads
Strong creative performance analysis skills
