GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team. The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant is an experienced “HTML for email” coder responsible for asset development, audience segmentation, and campaign quality assurance in multiple marketing communication channels, including: email, SMS, mobile push, and in-app messaging. With a strong focus on campaign execution, the ideal candidate has superior attention to detail and time management skills, as well as the ability to understand business needs & objectives in order to consistently deliver pristine, on-time work. The LCM specialist also works closely with LCM strategists and managers to recommend features, design tests, and review strategy.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Must Have:

  • Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle or similar for email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar Project Management tools
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify, Braze) for building and editing emails
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
Nice to Have:
Experience with push and in-app messaging campaigns

Core Tasks:

 
  • Create and set up campaigns in Braze (or similar platform), including HTML build, asset setup, and audience segmentation and targeting
  • Hands-on day-to-day operations for email marketing campaigns
  • Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) on campaigns before launch, ensuring accurate tracking, and cross-device/browser rendering.
  • Provide ad hoc support for push, in-app, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure Disclosures are correct and align with the Compliance
 

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
