We’re looking for a Payer Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team and play a critical role in ensuring our providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with insurance payers. Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 80,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks:
- Answer inbound calls (regularly) and make outbound calls (as needed)
- Administrative tasks w/in the Verifiable platform
- Completing provider enrollments through payer portals, email, and PDF applications
- Update provider profiles in the provider payer enrollment management system
- Assist in delivering and tracking small project deliverables in a dedicated workstream
- Support CX and customer / provider onboarding tasks
- Following role-related SOP / process documentation
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Must-Have:
- Strong written communication skills, experience using Slack
- Experience with Verifiable (or similar like Medallion, Echo, Simplr, Modio) verification platform
- 2+ years experience with GSheets (basic - intermediate skills for data entry)
- 1+ years experience with Zendesk or similar CX platform
- Familiar with AETNA, UHC and other portals
- Prior administrative experience specific to the healthcare industry (preferably in credentialing, payer contracting, licensing, or claims billing)
- Comfortable calling insurance to follow up on provider enrollment status
- Experience with GSuite
- Ability to work CST (8AM - 5PM)
Nice to Have:
- Availity (or similar) platform to bridge the gap between healthcare and insurance providers
Grow Into:
- Creating macros in support helpdesk to streamline processes
- Reporting on analytics related to processes they own and identifying opportunities for improvement (not to much)
