Core Tasks:
- Plan, build, and execute email initiatives to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking within ESP/CRM tools.
- Collaborate with teams on content, design, and segmentation to deliver effective email communications.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results to provide insights for optimization.
- Support the development of automated flows or lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement and retention.
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).
- Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills for email template editing and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
