The Role
- Execute and manage Google Paid Ads campaigns to drive measurable results.
- Build, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and TikTok within client-provided parameters and guidelines.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, making adjustments per client direction and optimization rules.
- Conduct competitor research, including monitoring competitor ads via Facebook Ads Library and other tools, and compiling insights into reports.
- Manage administrative tasks such as UTM setup, code creation, and accurate data entry.
- Prepare templated reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in basic QA of campaigns and reports.
- Collaborate with the client team to ensure alignment on campaign direction, performance goals, and market insights.
The Requirements
- 2+ years of social media ad buying experience.
- 1–2+ years managing Google Paid Ads campaigns.
- 1–2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Paid Ads (FB/IG).
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar).
- Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Experience in competitor tracking and research.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow precise optimization parameters.
Nice-to-Have:
- Google and/or Meta Ads certifications.
- 1+ years of TikTok ads management.
- Experience with Google Data Studio or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
- Prior work in the health and beauty industry.
The Compensation
- ₱70,000 to ₱75,000/month
