GrowthAssistant is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating detailed reports to guide strategy. Collaborates with teams to test creatives, explore new channels, and communicate results with clients.

Core Tasks:

  • Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch 
  • A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what is and is not successful
  • Optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc. 
  • Monitor, export, track, and identify common meta ads challenges, learnings, and optimizations (flagging over/under pacing)
  • Build Excel or Google Sheets reports utilizing advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the client 
  • Test new ad copy and assets based on new products or services
  • Assist with the development of new ad channels as needed
  • Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams 
  • Utilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with client
  • Share recommendations 

Must Have:
  • 2-3+ years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and report
  • 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn ads (or will need to learn platform on the job with provided training)
  • Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics
  • Experience building reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns
  • Monitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on data and client provided bidding strategy
  • Understanding of creative best practices for social and creative trends
  • Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication
  • Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls
  • High organization, resourceful, can self-manage once ramped
  • Proven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past roles 
  • Ability to work PST

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Power BI and or SFDC
  • Experience in financial or regulated industry
