We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team — someone who’s equally analytical and creative, passionate about maximizing ROI, and ready to take ownership of large-scale ad budgets across multiple platforms.

🚀 The Role

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels. You’ll play a key role in scaling ad performance, testing creatives, and delivering insights that drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • 💰 Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging channels.

  • 📊 Manage and allocate budgets efficiently — up to $35K daily — to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.

  • 🧠 Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to find winning combinations.

  • 📈 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying key trends and actionable insights for improvement.

  • 🎨 Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content (graphics, videos, and copy) that resonates with target audiences.

  • 🔁 Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign impact.

  • 🧾 Generate and present performance reports, highlighting results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.

  • 🤝 Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to align paid efforts with broader brand goals.

  • 💬 Communicate directly with platform reps and external vendors to stay ahead of updates and opportunities.

  • 🪄 Create polished presentation decks for client and internal reporting as needed.


✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of paid social media experience, especially on Facebook and TikTok (Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat a plus).

  • 1+ year of organic social management experience.

  • Working or navigational knowledge of Looker Studio (or similar analytics tools).

  • Intermediate Google Sheets / Excel skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong grasp of social ad metrics and testing methodologies.

  • Proven ability to work U.S. (EST) business hours.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience using Canva (or similar tools) for quick creative support.

  • Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal collaboration.

  • Previous experience creating client-facing decks or performance summaries.

💰 Compensation

₱50,000 – ₱75,000/month, depending on experience
