GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced SQL and Data Support Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

  • Run and adjust SQL queries to pull reservation data across multiple hotels
  • Manage spreadsheets with booking and payment details
  • Automate payment processes by generating and sending payment links
  • Monitor backend automations to ensure everything runs smoothly (just 2 hrs weekend coverage)
  • Keep everything highly organized and accurate—your work directly impacts the guest experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and help onboard/support 10–20 luxury hotel partners
  • Handle ad hoc data uploads and assist in automation-driven projects


Example Workflow: Run a SQL query → tailor it to hotel needs → upload results → trigger automated payment links


Must-Haves

  • 1-2 yrs experience in SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong experience with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Tech comfort navigating backend tools or admin systems
  • Great communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple hotel accounts


Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Delphi, or Property Management Systems
  • Background in hospitality tech or SaaS support
  • Previous roles in technical support, data analysis, or implementation


Work Schedule

  • Standard Hours: 9AM–5PM EST (first 90 days)
  • After 90 days: Potential for flexible hours, based on performance
  • Includes 2 hours of weekend automation monitoring (remote)
