Help build scalable systems that power world-class lifecycle marketing.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Project Operations Assistant who is obsessed with processes, workflows, and clean project management. You will support the Retention/Email team, manage Asana workflows, track deliverables, and support onboarding across tools like Klaviyo and Figma.

📍 Work Setup
   •   100% Remote
   •   Starts at PHP 75,000 per month
   •   Full-time | US Eastern Time Zone

🤝 What You'll Do

Workflow & Project Management
   •   Maintain and improve Asana workflows for email/SMS projects
   •   Standardize processes across departments and systems
   •   Track deliverables, overages, and goals; flag risks proactively
Client & Strategist Onboarding
   •   Assist with onboarding new email clients and strategists
   •   Maintain onboarding templates, checklists, and access workflows
Platform-Level Operations
   •   Navigate Klaviyo to pull basic reports and verify workflows
   •   Provide light support in Figma (asset organization, status updates)
Documentation & Process Improvement
   •   Organize files, document SOPs, and improve workflows
   •   Identify bottlenecks and propose system improvements
   •   Drive alignment across teams for better client experience

✅ Must-Haves

   •   Experience in operations, project management, or marketing operations (agency preferred)
   •   Experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
   •   Familiarity with an email automation tool (Klaviyo preferred)
   •   Extremely detail-oriented and organized
   •   Great communicator with a problem-solving mindset

🌟 Nice-to-Have

   •   Experience supporting email/lifecycle marketing teams
   •   Hands-on with Klaviyo or Figma
   •   Understanding of lifecycle concepts (campaigns, flows, segments)

💸 Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 75,000
Attendance Bonus: $25 per month for perfect attendance
