GrowthAssistant is seeking a data-driven and proactive Paid Social & Paid Ads Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads campaign management, performance optimization, and reporting. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional marketing team to drive measurable results and continuous improvement across paid media channels.

The Role

  • Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch; conduct A/B testing of ads and ad sets.
  • Optimize Meta & Google campaigns based on data trends (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Run and optimize Google ad campaigns for Search, Performance Max Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Monitor, export, track, and identify challenges across Meta & Google ads.
  • Build Excel or Google Sheets reports using advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting.
  • Drive testing of new ad copy and assets aligned with new products or services.
  • Assist with the development of new ad channels as needed.
  • Utilize research and SEO best practices to optimize keywords across platforms.
  • Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Proactively communicate with clients through instant messaging, video calls, email, and project management tools.
  • Share recommendations for ad copy, creative analysis, and performance insights.
 
The Requirements
  • 3+ years Meta Ads experience: Proven track record in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns based on data thresholds and client direction.
  • 1+ year Google Ads experience: Hands-on experience running Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM.
  • Experience building and maintaining real-time and historical reports in Excel or Google Sheets; proficiency with analytical and API tools.
  • Ability to monitor and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Comfortable providing creative and performance recommendations or willing to grow into this skill.
  • Performance-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls.
  • Proven success partnering with U.S.-based clients.
  • Availability to work PST hours or with significant overlap (CST/EST also considered).
The Compensation
  • ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
