🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Launch & Optimize Campaigns – build new Meta ad campaigns from scratch and run Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – analyze ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to optimize performance.

  • Testing & Experimentation – run A/B tests, iterate on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting.

  • Performance Reporting – build and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables) for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – gather assets, align with marketing teams, and share recommendations backed by data.

  • Client Communication – proactively update clients via Slack, email, and video calls with insights and optimization plans.

  • Explore New Channels – assist in testing new platforms and expanding ad strategy.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years Meta Ads experience – proven record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI.

  • 1+ year Google Ads experience – hands-on with Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube.

  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM).

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

  • Experience managing ad budgets and making daily optimizations.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Proactive communicator—comfortable with Slack, email, and client video calls.

  • Prior success working with U.S.-based clients.

  • Availability to work PST hours (CST/EST overlap considered).

  • Agency or multi-brand experience.

  • E-commerce/DTC experience.

  • TikTok Ads experience.

  • Familiarity with creative analysis and providing performance recommendations.
