GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role will lead the development and execution of CRM strategies, ensuring effective activation, onboarding, and education of merchants. They will manage cross-channel campaigns, perform QA testing, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM systems, leadership experience, and technical skills in HTML and SQL are essential.

The Schedule:
9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Role:
Execute CRM strategies to activate, onboard, and educate merchants throughout their lifecycle.
Support end-to-end development and execution of cross-channel campaigns, including driving the creative and review process.
Develop and support the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports.
Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
The Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email service providers (ESPs).
3+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM platforms, including email testing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promo codes.
Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and various CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo Engage, Klaviyo, Braze, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets, with experience in reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns.
