We’re looking for a BI & Reporting Analyst to help migrate 400+ dashboards from Looker to Sigma, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a seamless transition toward a single source of truth.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll play a critical role in migrating dashboards from Looker to Sigma across 35–40 client accounts. This is more than replication — it’s about ensuring data accuracy, building trust in reporting, and helping standardize analytics workflows across teams.

You’ll work closely with a Reporting Analyst, Data Engineer, and VP of Analytics to validate outputs, perform QA, and improve reporting infrastructure during and after migration.

🤝 What You'll Do

  • Recreate and migrate Looker dashboards into Sigma (400+ dashboards).
  • Perform parallel QA testing (Looker vs. Sigma) to ensure data parity and integrity.
  • Validate dashboards, charts, tables, and recurring reports for accuracy.
  • Conduct data investigation, cleaning, scrubbing, tagging, de-duping, and validation.
  • Maintain temporary Google Sheets reports during transition.
  • Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to flag discrepancies and improve reporting workflows.

  • Own and build a repeatable QA framework for dashboard releases.
  • Help retire spreadsheet sprawl and drive reporting standardization.
  • Support backlog organization and stakeholder feedback loops.
  • Write SOPs and documentation for reporting workflows.
  • Run short internal walkthroughs for new Sigma dashboards.

✅ Must-Haves

  • Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, etc.).
  • Intermediate SQL (joins, aggregations, filters, query validation).
  • Strong data visualization experience.
  • Experience handling multi-source performance datasets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Systems-minded; able to ramp quickly into new tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (Slack + live calls).
  • Comfortable working PST hours (8–5 or 9–6 PST).

💰 Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 90,000
