🚀 We’re Hiring: Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Expert)

We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team — someone who knows Meta Ads inside out and thrives on experimentation, creative collaboration, and continuous improvement.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll own the day-to-day management, optimization, and analysis of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — working closely with a Paid Social Manager and creative teams to drive performance and deliver ROI.

You will:

  • 🎯 Launch and optimize Meta campaigns — build new campaigns from scratch, run weekly A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and identify top performers.

  • 📈 Analyze campaign performance — monitor ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CAC, and conversion rates to uncover insights and make smart optimization decisions.

  • 💬 Collaborate with cross-functional teams — collect creative assets and copy, share performance feedback with designers, and support strategy adjustments based on data.

  • 💰 Manage budgets efficiently — monitor pacing and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly spend to meet targets and maximize performance.

  • ⚙️ Maintain account health — QA new tests, pause underperformers, scale winners, check rules, and ensure campaign stability before weekends and holidays.

  • 📊 Report like a pro — build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets (via Funnel.io), using formulas, charts, and pivot tables to visualize trends and insights.

  • 🤝 Communicate proactively — use Slack, video calls, and Asana to collaborate with your internal team and keep clients informed of key updates and learnings.


✅ What We’re Looking For

We want a strategic doer — someone who can execute flawlessly while thinking critically about performance and growth opportunities.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end

  • Strong grasp of performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, and how to optimize based on data trends

  • Proven experience building campaign reports and visualizations in Google Sheets or Excel

  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager data and the ability to identify what’s working (and what’s not)

  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken

  • Reliable and proactive communicator via Slack, email, and video calls

  • Previous experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients

  • Ability to work EST or PST hours

  • Experience analyzing creative performance and providing data-backed feedback


💡 Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Funnel.io or similar analytics/reporting tools

  • TikTok Ads experience

  • Background in writing creative briefs or giving actionable design feedback

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., health & wellness) requiring LegitScript or G2 certification compliance

💰 Compensation

₱60,000 – ₱80,000/month, commensurate with experience
