We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Meta & Google Ads Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMAX)
3+ years of Meta Ads experience, including full-funnel strategy and optimization
Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate)
Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, custom formulas, data visualization)
Fluent in written and spoken English; proven success working with US-based clients
Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including creative testing and audience targeting
Analyze campaign data and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Create client-ready performance decks and narratives using Google Slides and Sheets
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and audiences
Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, align on strategy, and communicate performance
