GrowthAssistant is looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing Data Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media platforms and websites. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report’s accuracy.

The Responsibilities:

Pull weekly core e-commerce metrics from BI tool into excel sheet (revenue, paid media spend, traffic, orders etc)
Reach out to ambassadors for paid usage rights for ads
Organize ad creative in folders, and share with videographers for edits
Monitor Amazon listings for any customer experience issues
Support writing briefs for new amazon creative and/or paid media creative
Data manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping)
Create templated reports for partners upon request
Provide daily / weekly / monthly reporting on various data sets
Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed

The Requirements:

2+ years experience with reporting and light data analysis
1+ years experience with Google Analytics
Experience pulling data from Facebook, Google, TikTok ads manager
Basic - intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel / Sheets
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work EST

Nice to Have:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central for CX / Seller Central Support comms
Experience with Looker (or similar BI tool)
Familiarity with Outlook and Slack for internal comms
