Salary Range:  PHP 85,000 - 95,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks
Creative & Design

  • Create or revise (e.g. resizing, copy editing) ad designs for mobile client campaigns.
    • NOTE: this individual will need to understand how to work with photoshop or illustrator and be proficient at resizing assets that do not necessarily have a source file (from jpg or pngs using AI)
  • Create or revise mp4s and gifs for mobile client campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets for sales decks, one-pagers, event materials, case studies, diagrams, and social graphics. These will be used for content and campaign creation, in addition to sales enablement support for our revenue teams.
    • NOTE: this individual will need to be proficient in creating flat design vectorized graphics in adobe illustrator and have the ability to use their AI features to rapidly generate creative assets for case studies, sales decks and other sales enablement/thought leadership pieces
  • Execute designs based on client's brand guidelines across color, typography, layout, and tone.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships on design requests and revisions.
  • Create clean, professional slide layouts and convert complex concepts into simple visual formats.
  • Maintain, update, and organize shared design libraries and templates, processes and SOPs.

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Draft concise, high-impact copy for sales enablement materials, partner summaries, case studies, and blog posts according to our voice, tone and overall writing guidelines.
  • Translate technical information into clear client-friendly language.
  • Support Marketing with editorial tasks including proofreading, editing, and content refinement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and convert them into polished marketing deliverables.

AI-Assisted Production

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, internal client's AI tools, and other mainstream AI platforms) to accelerate design, content creation, and research.
  • Build efficient, repeatable workflows to scale visual and written output.
  • Apply AI tools responsibly to generate drafts, brainstorm concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and explore creative directions.
  • Provide lightweight data synthesis using AI when needed for sales and partner insights. You will be partnering with the AI taskforce and account analysts to develop easy data pulls that support our thought leadership pieces.

Marketing & Team Support

  • Assist with event collateral, messaging, and creative needs for conferences, supply meetings, and client-facing moments.
  • Collaborate with Sales on outreach materials connected to ICPs, partner opportunities, and targeted marketing plays.
  • Support cross-team communication by creating clear, visually appealing internal documentation around tools, processes, or product updates.
  • Help maintain an organized asset repository for easy cross-team access.
  • Assist with adhoc tickets as needed.


MUST-HAVE

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in  Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent writing abilities; able to produce concise, polished, client-ready copy.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, design iteration, and workflow automation.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex information into clean visuals and easy-to-read content.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting between design and marketing tasks.
  • Has proven experience working on the Graveyard shift and is willing to work on ET

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience in mobile marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or sales outreach.
  • Basic understanding of data-driven narrative building or light analytics.
