Account Executive (SaaS Industry)
About the Role
A fast-growing AI-powered company is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and conduct outbound outreach to corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, moving deals through the pipeline, and ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience from first contact to onboarding.
We use Attio as our CRM and leverage modern AI tools for lead enrichment and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is both sales-savvy and tech-savvy, with experience using AI tools to boost productivity and deliver strong results.
Salary Range: up to 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals with corporate clients.
- Lead initial prospecting and then pass it to a founder to close the deal.
- Grow-into:
- Closing the deal from A to Z and owning the entire sales motion.
- Contract preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
- Grow-into:
- Create and execute personalized email campaigns, discovery calls, and follow-ups.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions, deals, and status updates in Attio.
- Provide onboarding support and respond to client needs with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to drive product and process improvements.
- Follow the sales and client success SOPs.
- Will work closely with founders and other co-founders.
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience as an account executive or in full-cycle sales (Saas or software companies)
- Strong communication skills via phone, Zoom, and email for client-facing interactions
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Perplexity AI, and Clay for lead enrichment and sales research (Clay experience or familiarity will be helpful, built sequences or generated leads)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new products and think critically during client conversations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Attio, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous environments
- English fluency
- Attentive to detail
