GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sales Account Executive.
This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, conduct call/email outreach and appointment setting.

Salary Range: Up to 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Have:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SDR, AE, sales representative, or similar role in sales.
- 2+ years of Experience with Apollo or Lusha (or similar tool) for prospecting and list building
- Experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-facing sales experience over video call.
Core Tasks:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on their potential for sales conversion.
- Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Present products or services to prospects and articulate their benefits.
- Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
- Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow-up
- Manage outreach to warm prospects yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
- Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide training and support to customers to facilitate product adoption.
- Manage and track customer account details and interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
- Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc.
