GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Advanced Lead Research. This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, conduct email outreach and appointment setting.

Salary Range: Up to 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Have:

3-4+ years experience in Research/Lead Gen/Profiling using Zoominfo
2+ years experience with list building tools
2+ years experience with HubSpot
Experience with Google Suite and Slack
Excellent English skills
Has worked with US clients
Ability to use AI
Experience working across multiple industries verticals
Ability to work CST

Core Tasks:

Generate leads and build a list (with Zoominfo, Duns and Bradstreet, Brizo, Hubspot, Apollo) - parameters provided
Upload, organize, and update contacts and companies into Hubspot
Pull missing data from online sources
Verify data for accuracy prior to outreach
Updating deal information
Data integrity work to ensure data quality standards are being met
Deal desk responsibilities
Validate fields on deal before closed
Working across new test verticals
Building lead lists from scratch, and qualifying
