GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketer Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving our marketing and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks spanning email marketing, social media management, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and administrative support. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth through efficient and effective marketing operations.

The schedule:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Core Tasks:

Develop end-to-end email campaigns with compelling copy using Customer.io and Outreach.
Maintain and update customer marketing database efficiently using Notion.
Manage social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Create and manage in-product notifications and reviews using AppCues.
Utilize Meta base for customer segmentation and handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

Must-Have:

2+ Email marketing, customer segments,
1+ years experience Notion
Broad experience with multiple social ads platforms
Ability to work PST

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Slack or Gmail for internal comms

Compensation range: ₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
