Salary Range: PHP 80,000 - 90,000 per month

Core Tasks:
Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Meta and Snap or TikTok
Work with the creative and copy departments to pull in necessary content for ads
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
Copy standardized UTMs across campaigns
Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results using existing templates
Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
Must Have:
2+ years of Meta ads experience
Basic understanding of conversion-related paid media metrics
Basic understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics
Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms
Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
Experience running paid social for a product-led B2B SaaS company
Great written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work PST
Nice to Have:
1+ years of TikTok and/or Snap ads platform experience
Notion experience for team admin and project tracking
History of campaign work for productivity-related software or B2B SaaS companies
Some experience with Creative Strategy and an understanding of what types of creatives will help drive conversions
Experience working with a high volume of ad campaigns, as in agency experience or heavy volume experience
