The Role

As a Programmatic Ads Assistant, you will help us monitor and manage our social media and search engine marketing initiatives by providing accurate data and insights into our ongoing campaigns.

Asset trafficking within our DCM/CM360, our primary ad server, which potentially monitors delivery across DSPs / exchanges
Scheduling to support campaign and/or always on asset flight/s
Collecting data from all the social paid platforms and programmatic platforms
Updating dashboards
Uploading creative assets to different platforms
Ad tagging (URL tagging for UTMs and/or Rockerbox)
Optimizing campaigns within given parameters
Looking at trends, optimizing, and turning ads off or on within given parameters
Ad hoc audience reports
Weekly channel performance reports

The Requirements

Must have 2+ years’ experience with Programmatic/The Trade Desk
Must have 2+ years’ experience building ads on social channels
Proficient to Advanced in MS Excel (leveraging pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Preferable with global or international platform experience that supports country-level nuances
Willing to work on ad hoc tasks in Sales
Should have the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge, a keen eye for details, can approve creatives, have a positive attitude, and can work under tight deadlines
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Can work the graveyard shift following any US timezones.
