GrowthAssistant is looking for a Creative Lead & Organic Social Specialist for our growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will be replacing an internal U.S.-based person and will play a key role in developing, executing, and managing organic social content, primarily for Instagram. This role requires autonomy, creativity, and proactive thinking to turn ideas from the content repository into engaging social media posts. The ideal candidate will lead creative briefs for the design and copy teams using Jira and manage the social content calendar via Dash Hudson, along with handling ad-hoc content requests as they arise.

The Role

  • Write detailed creative briefs for the design and copy teams in Jira; Review and QC the output from the design and copy teams, provide feedback, and post to Instagram.
  • Develop content ideas from the client’s idea repository, then create and execute these ideas against a monthly content calendar using Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Post organic content on social platforms, primarily Instagram.
  • Post ad hoc posts for events and short-cycle campaigns outside the pre-planned content calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, delivering performance reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team for creatives and copy.
  • Community Management (monitor/engage on social media, following the client provided framework).
  • Track and manage project statuses using GSheets/Excel or a project management tool like Jira.
  • Conduct competitor research, providing insights and recommendations for new content ideas.
  • Ensure KPI goals for impressions and conversions are met.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and one-on-one sessions with manager.

The Requirements

  • Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with design and copy teams.
  • Experience working independently to bring content ideas to fruition and tracking the success and learnings from organic posts.
  • 2+ years of experience managing organic social media, specifically for Instagram and Meta.
  • Experience with Dash Hudson or similar content calendar management tools.
  • 1+ years of experience using social media management platforms like Hootsuite.
  • Experience using Jira or a similar project management tool.
  • Experience with some post creation for ad hoc needs.
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Ability to work 9am - 6pm PST

Nice to have

  • Ideally has industry experience in health and wellness
  • Understands yoga, ideally practices yoga
  • Experience with TikTok, and video creative concepts

Compensation Range: ₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
