GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Senior PPC Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be focusing on refining and managing mature paid search campaigns, with an emphasis on optimizing Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) to enhance lead quality and performance. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to assess data, implement refinements, and drive new opportunities within paid search.

The Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST

The Role:

  • Assess and refine existing DSA and paid search campaigns to improve lead quality and performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust bids, and budgets for optimal ROAS and CPA.
  • Generate and distribute daily health-check reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct keyword and search term performance analysis, breaking out successful elements into manual campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to write ad copy, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The Requirements:

  • Expertise in Google Ads, particularly Dynamic Search Ads and Search Campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC).
  • Experience managing budget ad spend of a minimum $100k monthly.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLookups) and experience with reporting.
  • Ability to write and refine ad copy, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with keyword performance analysis and optimization.
