GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. This role requires hands-on experience with HTML for email, audience segmentation, and marketing automation tools to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery.

The Schedule:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must Have:
Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or similar platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Oracle
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid for building and customizing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in QA and tracking
Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Core Tasks:
Build and set up lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, push) using Braze or similar tools
Execute day-to-day operations of campaign scheduling, testing, and monitoring
Conduct comprehensive QA to ensure correct setup, accurate tracking, and cross-device compatibility
Manage segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting strategies
Support ad hoc campaign execution needs across various channels
