The Role

Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, task reminders, and meeting preparation.
Organize project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution.
Provide weekly reports and manage data entry on internal project boards.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
Handle ad-hoc data exports and maintain dashboards.
Collaborate with creative and copy teams as needed.
Capture action items, assign tasks within project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and ensure timely completion.

The Requirements

4+ years of project management experience specific to marketing campaigns
Demonstrated history of strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
Background/work history in Finance space
2+ years using ClickUp for project management (or similar tool)
Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams from start to finish
2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience (Basic - Intermediate experience)
Willingness to work PST (Pacific Standard Timezone)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communication.
Experience working with an apparel brand, preferably in the D2C e-commerce space.
