We’re looking for a detail-oriented CRM QA Lead to lead a team of QA specialists in reviewing, executing, and improving CRM campaign processes across email, push, in-app, and promo tactics. This role balances leadership, technical expertise, and strategic oversight to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of lifecycle marketing initiatives.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with an ESP platform and QA-specific tasks (Braze preferred)
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems, with intermediate skills in HTML and SQL
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and campaign documentation practices
  • Experience managing campaign reviews including copy, code, and creative
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of team motivation and KPI achievement

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Host daily stand-ups to manage team workload, re-assign tasks, and review priorities
  • Oversee QA of email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and technical accuracy
  • Support GAs with campaign prep, documentation updates, and internal calendars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing tactics across all CRM channels
  • Audit QA cases, track common errors, and support continuous improvement in processes and training materials

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱95,000/month
