GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Multimedia Designers! This role revolves around creating visually appealing and effective designs to complement various written materials across different platforms, mostly Meta and TikTok.

The Role:

  • Design visually engaging and brand-consistent assets for client web pages, including banners, product images, and page layouts
  • Enhance and repurpose existing creative: cropping, resizing, text overlays, optimizing for desktop and mobile web experiences
  • Collaborate closely with in-house marketing to provide creatives for teams to support campaigns across email, organic social, and paid media
  • Create compelling visuals for supporting materials such as landing pages, email campaigns, and ad sets
  • Package content such as guides, white papers, and presentations to align with evolving brand standards
  • Edit and optimize short-form video content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads
  • Repurpose user-generated or client-provided footage into high-performing paid ads
  • Add text overlays, dynamic transitions, music, and motion graphics tailored to social platform norms and trends
  • Analyze creative structure and performance to iterate on editing style and drive engagement
  • Maintain a fast-paced editing cadence with autonomy—minimal briefs, high ownership expected


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on graphic design experience and video editing experience, including ad content for Meta and/or TikTok
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiar with or interested in learning  AI-assisted tools like Runway or Adobe Firefly
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with performance marketing content, especially UGC-style or direct-response videos
  • Strong understanding of social-first editing principles (e.g., thumb-stopping hooks, pacing, aspect ratios)
  • Comfort with minimal direction; confidence making editorial decisions that align with brand goals
  • Amenable to work graveyard shift (US time zone to follow)
  • Has previous graveyard shift experience, preferrably in the last 6 months

Salary Range:  PHP 85,000 - 90,000 per month
