The Role
- Own and manage CRM campaign setup, QA, and reporting within the Iterable platform across markets.
- Review, update, and schedule email, push, and in-app campaigns (including copy, code, promo codes, and creative assets)
- Conduct thorough QA for CRM initiatives to ensure 100% error-free delivery
- Build and maintain segmented audiences for personalized campaigns
- Support end-to-end development of cross-channel lifecycle campaigns based on client-provided strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Analyze campaign performance, assist with benchmarks, and help prepare regular performance reports
- Maintain clean and well-documented campaign schedules and trackers
- Proactively contribute to testing frameworks and campaign optimization ideas
- Handle daily communication and coordination through Slack, email, and project management tools
- 3+ years of expert-level experience with Iterable (or similar ESPs) managing email, push, in-app, and promo-based campaigns
- 2+ years of QA-specific experience in CRM to ensure bulletproof campaigns
- Intermediate HTML and Google Sheets skills
- Proficiency with Slack and G-Suite
- Deep understanding of campaign operations: content review, template creation, and scheduling
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail—you double-check everything and follow guidelines closely
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken
- Proven experience supporting KPI achievement for past teams or clients
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis
- Familiarity with app-centric brands and CRM strategies
- Hands-on experience with ESP migrations and QA support throughout the transition
- Experience or working knowledge of SQL
The Compensation
- ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
