Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Paid Search)
GrowthAssistant is looking for a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist with solid experience in Google Paid Search to support our client’s performance marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Offer range: PHP 70,000 – 80,000 / month

Core Tasks:
- Build, optimize, and load Google and Bing paid search campaigns. 
- Conduct targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand) and keyword analysis to improve campaign efficiency. 
- Perform in-platform optimization following client directives at scale. 
- Develop and manage templatized reporting and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets. 
- Launch new Google and Bing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. 
- Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns based on performance data and client feedback. 
- Manage Google Tags, UTM tracking, and administrative setup for accurate data collection. 
- Provide ongoing reporting and performance analysis. 
- Execute validation, optimization testing, and A/B tests per client directive. 
- Launch and optimize YouTube and Display Ads. 
- Continuously refine search ad copy for maximum engagement and conversion. 
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Search. 
- 1+ year of experience using Google Ads Manager or Google Ads Editor. 
- Working knowledge of Google Ads platforms: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Google Tag Manager. 
- Baseline understanding of paid Google/text-based search. 
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, charts, data analysis). 
- Experience running and optimizing YouTube and Display Ads. 
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and optimization opportunities. 
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation. 
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tools. 
- Google Ads Certification (a big plus!). 
Grow Into:
- Budget management and tracking (training and templates provided). 
- Providing insights and trends based on campaign performance reports. 
- Running A/B tests and advanced optimization experiments.
