Are you a HubSpot expert who thrives on building, testing, and optimizing campaigns that convert? Do you love taking ownership of the full CRM lifecycle — from lead capture to nurture flows, landing pages, and conversion optimization?

We’re seeking a HubSpot Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the execution side of our marketing automation, turning traffic into booked consultations and highly engaged leads. This is a hands-on, action-oriented role — not strategy-only.


💼 What You’ll Own

1️⃣ HubSpot CRM & Lifecycle Architecture

  • Own HubSpot as the system of record for contacts, lists, deals, and lifecycle stages
  • Design and maintain segmentation logic based on behavior, source, and intent
  • Ensure clean data flow across leads, properties, tags, lists, and stages

2️⃣ Messaging & Automation (Email + SMS)

  • Build, optimize, and launch:
    • Welcome and onboarding sequences
    • Nurture flows for consult bookings
    • SMS follow-ups and reminders (compliant and effective)
    • Behavior-triggered messages
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Writing compelling, conversion-driven copy
    • Segmenting audiences for personalized messaging
    • Continuous testing and optimization for better performance

3️⃣ HubSpot Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Build and iterate HubSpot landing pages for paid traffic, offers, and location-specific campaigns
  • Create interactive quizzes, calculators, and assessments to improve lead quality and segmentation
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and offers
  • Optimize pages mobile-first and track analytics to identify opportunities

4️⃣ HubSpot Forms & Lead Capture

  • Design high-converting forms and progressive capture flows
  • Build smart form logic that:
    • Routes leads to the right lists/workflows
    • Applies correct tags and properties
    • Feeds segmentation for automation

5️⃣ Reporting & Optimization

  • Weekly HubSpot reporting on:
    • Email performance (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, conversions)
    • SMS engagement
    • Landing page and quiz conversion rates
  • Turn insights into test ideas and optimization plans

✅ Must-Have Experience

  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation expertise
  • Experience building lifecycle flows, workflows, forms, lists, email & SMS campaigns
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot-Salesforce integrations
  • Proven HubSpot landing page creation & CRO experience
  • Comfortable writing copy that converts
  • Strong follow-through and habit of shipping tests
  • Portfolio, examples, or screenshots of HubSpot funnels you’ve built
