We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Support billing and accounts payable tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Calculate commissions for employees and sales partners.
- Prepare, maintain, and present financial reports; update dashboards; and maintain organized accounting records in shared drives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and month-end close processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and in-house AP/AR, to provide strategic financial insights.
- Support financial and accounting projects, providing updates on deliverables to team members.
- Prepare and update monthly P&L reports for each department, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a user-friendly dashboard with key financial data for the executive team.
- Assist the Director of Finance with organizing financial documents and reports for audits.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (ability to create pivot tables and perform lookups).
- Experience in financial analysis and accounting reporting using QuickBooks and Bill.com.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, maintaining and updating spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Knowledge of financial statements, GAAP, accounting principles, and general ledger functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills via Slack, Email, and Zoom.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; proactive and a self-starter.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Working towards an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, US GAAP).
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills using MS Excel.
