GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support two fast-growing wellness brands.This role focuses on coordinating marketing campaigns, managing creative assets, and ensuring projects run smoothly. You’ll play a key part in keeping teams aligned, campaigns on track, and deliverables on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day marketing operations across two brands, including campaign calendars, creative briefs, and project tracking.
Coordinate with marketing leads, designers, and operations to align campaigns with inventory and launch schedules.
Oversee the production of creative assets (static images and videos), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Prepare weekly performance and project reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Support website updates, DTC ad campaigns, and new product rollouts.
Maintain organized workflows, clear communication, and alignment across multiple projects.

What We’re Looking For

Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple concurrent campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Basecamp, Slack, or similar tools.
Able to work PST hours.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in e-commerce marketing, Amazon, or DTC operations.
Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or AI-assisted design platforms.
Previous experience managing promotional calendars, campaign reporting, or lifecycle email journeys.
