GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a seasoned CRO Project Manager to assist in the design, development, and execution of A/B tests to enhance conversion rates across performance marketing channels while managing projects to ensure timely milestones and building consistent testing processes. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes, maintain experimentation resources, and prepare regular reports on CRO performance using tools like Google Sheets and Amplitude. Additionally, manage weekly reporting on test performance, update ClickUp with learnings, and connect insights across products for stakeholders, contributing to overall program growth.

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Tasks:
  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of A/B tests  to improve conversion rates across performance marketing channels
  • Project manage tests to ensure milestones are met while building repeatable, consistent processes and best practices for test execution
  • Upkeep various experimentation resources such as a learnings library to drive continuous operational improvements
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement changes 
  • Prepare regular reports on test results and overall CRO performance, using Google Sheets, Amplitude, and similar tools
  • Update ClickUp library with learnings and organize the new program the company is creating
  • Use all visuals/metrics, and compile learnings into one database.
  • Test learnings/datapulls: weekly reporting on overview of test performance and status, especially for quarterly and monthly reporting. i.e. conversion rate change with image or URLs 
  • Make connections across different products for different stakeholders and report on facts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience using data and insights to inform web optimization projects such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, landing page performance audits, personalization
  • Experience in the financial space is a PLUS
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, well organized and resourceful
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.Recent experience working in US office hours
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar
  • Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
  • Experience with heat mapping tools and user feedback platforms like Hotjar, Full Story, Crazy Egg or similar
