GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media platforms and websites. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report’s accuracy.

The Role

  • Pull data from social media channels and websites (i.e., Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Create and maintain dashboards using templates and metrics given by the client
  • Report on Marketing KPI/metrics on a daily and monthly basis (i.e.,  leads and conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement, paid ROI, and from CRM about email/SMS/push notifications)
  • Track email campaign metrics (i.e., delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate)
  • Take a deeper look at the Marketing funnel stages
  • Verify data in existing data sets
  • Investigate data by comparing and validating it in reports and social media channels
  • Report on one-off requests from the company’s clients
  • Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as adding or removing, and exporting data

 

The Requirements

  • Understand the Marketing and Sales metrics on the digital platform
  • Knowledgeable of paid social media channels
  • Intermediate to proficient knowledge and experience in Google Analytics
  • Preferably with experience on Looker, Google Data Studio, or other similar BI tools
  • Preferably with CRM experience on Salesforce or other similar tools
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet (can do pivot tables and advanced formulas)
  • Experience with running reports for B2B Marketing for at least 2 years
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and prompt in completing deliverables
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Can work on graveyard shift following any US time zones
