Vendor and Contract Coordinator (Marketing Agency)
GrowthAssistant is looking for a Vendor and Contract Administrator. This role will support vendor coordination, payment processing, and contract lifecycle management by serving as a liaison between influencer/marketing agency partners and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission of contracts, invoices, and POs, while maintaining up-to-date trackers. It will also involve conducting first-pass redline reviews and streamlining documentation, SOPs, and internal processes.
Salary Range: Up to 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

CORE TASKS:
Vendor Coordination & Payment Support
- Act as liaison between influencer/agency partners and internal DoorDash systems
- Support accounts payable flow: ensure contracts, invoices, and payment requests are aligned
- Keep status trackers up to date and ensure smooth handoffs to procurement and sourcing
Contract & Admin Lifecycle Support
- Prepare, review, and submit templated influencer/agency contracts for internal signature
- Track contract statuses using tools like Monday.com or Google Sheets
- Ensure POs and PRs are submitted with complete documentation (W9s, invoices, etc.)
- Flag contract gaps or delays and follow up with partners/stakeholders to drive to completion
Redlining + Compliance Prep
- Conduct first-pass redline review on templated contracts using tools like IntelAgree
- Surface business-side changes (e.g., deliverables, fee structures) for Adam’s review
- Coordinate with Legal as needed, escalating only when necessary
Internal Project Management
- Own and maintain the team’s contract/project tracker
- Partner with GrowthAssistant’s Ops team to improve documentation, SOPs, and contract flow
- Suggest process improvements that reduce internal back-and-forth
MUST-HAVES:
- Strong admin experience working across contract or vendor lifecycles
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and comfort in deadline-driven workflows
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), and contract tracking tools
- Able to communicate professionally with external partners (e.g., talent managers or agencies)
- Proactive, organized, and good at chasing down missing details with tact
