We are seeking a Sales Development Assistant for a growing company in the US. We are seeking a dedicated, talented and self-motivated Sales Assistant/Lead Gen to help us with generating leads and closing deals. The Role:

Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc)
Generate leads and build a list
Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
Research prospect lists to score them and to identify three main contacts
Upload, organize, and update leads into a CRM
Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow up
Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls with AEs
Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within HubSpot
Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
Admin support on closing the sale/s, including sending out contracts/final brand deal paperwork
Formalize job aids and delegation guides as needed
Ad hoc social media administrative tasks as needed

Must-Have:

2+ years experience in Research/Lead Gen/Profiling using a lead gen software
Experience with Apollo / Linkedin Sales Navigator (or similar tool) for prospecting and list building
1 year experience with Excel / Sheets
1+ year experience in sales assistance using templated email outreach and response
Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work EST

Nice to Have:

1+ years experience with Salesforce CRM for data management/sequence building
Gmail and Slack experience for internal comms
Basic experience with Canva
Good understanding of the social media influencer industry, such as YouTube influencers, TikTok influencers, and Instagram influencers
