We're hiring a Sales Development Assistant for a growing US company. We're looking for a dedicated, talented, and motivated Sales Assistant/Lead Gen to help us generate leads and close deals. It's a great opportunity to work with a well-known brand and continue learning and growing in your career.
Salary Range: 35,000 - 55,000
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

MUST-HAVE:
- 2+ years experience in Sales assistant/administrative capacity
- 2+ years experience with MS Office or G Suite (Google Sheets/Excel at intermediate level) and Zoom
- Prior experience building sales systems/frameworks in a start-up environment or successful small org
- Familiarity with Shopify backend (basic experience is okay - client can train)
- Strong written comms skills and impeccable attention to detail
CORE TASKS:
- Follow checklist/template instructions to respond to bulk order inquiries
- Answer customer queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms with templated responses
- Populate Google Sheets ensuring contacts, company and deal information is updated and accurate
- Templated email outreach and response (pre and post-sales comms) - client to provide templates/scripts and goals
- Work with embroidery vendor for digital mock ups of logos on product
- Create orders and send invoices to customers via Shopify
- Generate leads and build a list using manual techniques as well as with common tools/platforms (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google/online, Apollo, etc.) - client to provide playbook for any unique processes and also provide parameters for searches/list building
- Participate in sales activities as notetaker and create tasks/bumps on actionable items
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed - these are grow-into/added value skills and the client will provide strategy/copy/creative as needed
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Documentation, SOP and playbook creation for new processes, workflows and repeatable tasks
- Experience supporting multiple AE’s, ideally in a start-up or “building”/scaling environment
