The schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster community growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of organic social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing organic social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and photo/video editing tools is a plus.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Compensation range: ₱45,000 to ₱70,000/month
