GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This role will lead and manage a team of General Associates (GAs) in executing CRM campaign tactics, ensuring quality and consistency across all email marketing deliverables. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to successfully deploy and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns while meeting KPIs and fostering a motivating work environment.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Core Tasks:
Host daily stand-ups to manage team workload and reassign tasks as needed.
Oversee the preparation and execution of CRM campaign tactics, including promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists.
Support and conduct internal QA for a team of GAs, ensuring all email marketing deliverables meet brand consistency, product standards, and target group requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, providing strategic guidance and reviewing campaigns.
Synthesize analytics and insights, circulate reports to stakeholders, and create and improve training materials for new operators.
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience in a leadership role with a track record of hitting KPIs and fostering a motivating work environment using client system of record tools.
Intermediate experience with ClickUp (or a similar project management tool) and proficiency in leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, CRM systems (email, push, in-app, promo codes).
Intermediate HTML and SQL experience, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the Tech industry and the ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
