Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for marketing? Join our team as a Marketing Project Coordinator and help us drive projects from concept to completion!


Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
  • Agenda Management: Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, meeting prep, and task reminders.
  • Project Briefs: Understand and organize project briefs, identify objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure execution.
  • Reporting: Conduct weekly reporting and data entry on internal project boards.
  • Feedback Gathering: Regularly connect with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Data Management: Perform ad-hoc data exports and update dashboards as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative and copy teams to support project needs.
  • Task Management: Capture action items, assign them in the project management tool, and track completion.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • 2+ years using Trello or similar project management tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate skills).
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Background in marketing with experience managing work streams from start to finish.
  • Ability to work GMT hours effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communications.
  • Experience working with an apparel brand, especially in the D2C e-commerce space.
