We’re looking for a creative editor who can turn raw footage into high-performing ads that grab attention, tell stories, and drive results for leading e-commerce brands.

Salary: PHP 65,000–80,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions
• ​​​​​​​Transform UGC into polished ad creatives
• Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction
• Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
• ​​​​​​​Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook → body → CTA)
• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
• ​​​​​​​Experience with static/gif & video creatives
• Experience with ​​​​​​​project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Tech Requirements: Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later)

Additional Details:

• Full-time, Remote (EST schedule)
• Hubstaff time-tracker required for payroll
